Ricardo Campos, Chief
Executive Officer

the company’s CEO and majority shareholder, Mr. Campos
focuses on the company's strategic planning, new product designs,
corporate alliances and global distribution partnerships.
During the last 20 years, Mr. Campos has held many senior
level executive and commercial positions in companies like
Peregrine Systems, Opticom, The MOSAIC Group (division of
SAIC), Maritima Seguros and the First National Bank of Boston.
Mr. Campos was responsible for the initial establishment and
executive |
management of the Latin
American divisions of Peregrine Systems and The Mosaic Group,
both computer software companies. During his stay at Peregrine,
he grew Latin American revenues as a percent of overall global
sales from 0% to 10% and while at The Mosaic Group, from 2%
to 32% respectively. In this capacity he established business
operations in all major Latin American markets such as Brazil,
Argentina, Chile, Venezuela and Mexico. As CIO at Maritima
Seguros, a 50 year old full-service insurance company, Mr.
Campos was responsible for the management of its IT Division
and staff of over 100 technical employees.
Mr. Campos holds a BS in Computer Science from ITA (Instituto
Tecnológico da Aeronáutica) and a BA in Business
Administration from FASP (Faculdades Associadas de Sao Paulo).

Lee Inness-Brown,
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Inness-Brown is located
in San Diego, California, and as the company's CTO and equity
shareholder, is responsible for all aspects of software architecture,
technology selection, design and development of the company's
workflow and office automation software products. Over the
last 19 years, Mr. Inness-Brown has held many senior level
technology positions in companies like Wireless Knowledge,
Stellcom, Bluebird Systems, The
MOSAIC Group (TMG), Science Applications International Corporation
(SAIC) |
and
the California Space Institute. He has acquired extensive
technical expertise with the development of multiple software
products that include electronic
document imaging, BPM workflow automation, and check processing.
He designed and implemented a system for electronic receipt
and signature capture and was named the principal inventor
on the patent application for this system.
Mr. Inness Brown holds a BA in Quantitative
Economics with a minor in Product Development Engineering
from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD).

Wilson Massaki, Chief
Operations Officer

Mr. Massaki is located in São Paulo-Brazil and is responsible
for managing all technical and operational aspects of the company.
Over the last 18 years, Mr. Massaki has coordinated the development
of large projects utilizing diverse technologies and platforms
such as EDI, WAAP, electronic document imaging, VoIP, BI, and
BPM workflow automation. He held management positions at the
Commercial Credit of France Investment Bank and Maritima Seguros
where he was responsible for the management of its IT Infraestructure
Department and staff of over 40 technical employees.

Letras Prof. Carlos Pasquale and an MBA in Executive Management
from FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas).

Claudino Miyachi, Vice
President of Business Development

Mr. Miyachi is located in São Paulo-Brazil and is responsible
for overseeing the company’s business development activities.
Over the last 22 years, Mr. Miyachi has held numerous operational
and executive positions at large multinational corporations
such as Alcoa, Voith, and Celanese. At New Life and SP Computer,
both computer software companies, he was responsible for sales
and business development in domestic and international markets
that included United States, Japan, and Argentina in addition
to Brazil.

in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade
Católica and is working towards an MBA in Business Management
from Universidade Metodista.
